Took about 2 mins from ordering to receive coffee. The girl who made it was pretty. The coffee is about what I expect from a cafe and I think I will get a few that are about the same quality. As such I will give it a 7.5/10 it didn't knock my socks off but it was still very good. It's a shame Paul piked on me today so I drank alone.

Coffee I am drinking at home

This is the coffee I am drinking at home that I just blogged about. A birthday present from my sister. It is 100% organic & also 100% orgasmic

Coffee @ home

I know this shouldn't really count but I had to mention the cappuccino I made at home this morning. It rated a 9/10 at least. I really enjoyed it after mowing the lawn. Something for the coffee shops to live up to.

Comments:
Off to a fairly bad start. It was a rainy Sunday morning and Erina Fair was getting busy. At first I lined up at the wrong counter so it took longer than it should. I ordered a regular size but it was bigger than I expected. There wasn't a real lot of foam in the coffee and as such I would class it more as a latte. The taste was ok to start with but I enjoyed it less as I drank more. I had to sprinkle the chocolate on the top myself which I didn't particularly like.
Overall I wouldn't go back to Gloria Jeans again and I can safely say they won't have the best coffee at Erina Fair.

Who makes the best coffee at Erina Fair?

That is my jo to find out. I will visit all the stores at Erina Fair that make coffee, including donut shops and other non specialty coffee shops. I have set some rules for myself so that all my judging is kept as even as possible. My rules are -

1. Has to be a cappucino with normal milk.
2. Has to have chocolate dust on top.
3. Must have a maximum of one sachet or teaspoon of milk.
4. Must be a regular size cup.
5. Where possible get it in a takeaway cup
6. Must not have any food immediatey before or during coffee tasting

More scoring system is out of 10, however it is possible to score higher than that. The taste of the coffee can get a maximum of 10 but extra points may be awarded for latte art and pleasant service. As a basic guide an average coffee will get a score of 7/10. If the coffee is almost undrikable it will score a maximum of 5/10. If a coffee gets a score lower than 5 it means that it was so bad that I couldn't finish it.
To give you an idea of how I would score most coffee, I would rate most home made coffee (not instant) as a 7/10.
